How many are incorporated in the small press?
From the business side of things I'd like to know how many are incorporated and or an LLC as opposed to a sole proprietor.
I mean how professionally is publishing modules and or supplements treated by the small press?

Flying Mice Games is an LLC, which is $500 a year in Massachusetts.

So did both Flying Mice Games and Hinterwelt Enterprises start out as LLCs or did you only register when you saw your projects become a going concern?

We started out as an LLC. I don't know about Bill. he has squirrels as employees. :D
